Here is my Fall Project List. Many of these will likely make the winter, spring or fall of 2007 list. Oh well. Surely we'll get some of these things done.
1. Landscape - plant bulbs, prepare beds, plant tree?,place rocks
2. Paint exterior trim
3. Fix fence (damage from our microburst back in MARCH ;(
4. Paint master bedroom and bathroom
5. Re-caulk bathrooms and kitchen (builders did a horrible job!)
6. Garage - clean, organize, recycle - a BIG job - very neglected area
7. Finish piano and bring inside (light sanding and staining)
8. Try out my new (used one from my mom) sewing machine - actually making something would be nice - I'd like to learn how to do some quilting
9. Wash windows
10. Scrapbook
11. Organize closets, drawers (make give-away pile)
That's it for now. I'll be happy just to get half of the list accomplished. The never-ending to-do lists.

Lori--that list sounds a lot like my list that I made when I put my house on the market!! By the way--re-caulking your kitchen and bath isn't as big of a project as it seems--for me it was a matter of getting all the materials together and scheduling my husband to spend a Saturday afternoon on it. And it make a huge difference in cleaning up those areas!! On the other hand, the exterior trim was a MUCH bigger project than we anticipated. It took several Saturdays of both of us working full time to accomplish that one! Good luck working on your project list!
Good list that I can use myself.
Except the piano. That goes on the wish list.
Nice list! I need to work on #10 also!
What a list! I always start with the easy things so I feel like I'm accomplishing something. Then on to the big projects. But you have a lot of big projects to work on! Good luck!
A commercial/contractor caulk gun makes all of the difference in the world with caulking. Definitely worth the $ (& they're not that pricey!)
Very ambitious, Lori! I always like to start on the projects I care most about or are the most urgent and then go from there (if there's still time). Best of luck to you.
